Welcome to StayFinder (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or features (collectively, the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StayFinder is a metasearch platform that helps users (“you”) discover vacation rental properties by aggregating listings and directing you to booking websites, typically those operated directly by property managers or hosts. We do not facilitate bookings ourselves.

3. Use of the Service

• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to misuse our Service or interfere with its normal operation.

4. Google Sign-In and Gmail

You can sign in to StayFinder with your Google account and, if you choose, connect Gmail so StayFinder can find your flight confirmations, import your flights, and watch them for price drops.

• By connecting Gmail, you authorize StayFinder to read the flight confirmation emails in your inbox on a read-only basis. StayFinder never sends, changes, or deletes your email.
• Connecting Gmail is optional. You can disconnect it from your account page, or remove StayFinder's access in your Google Account settings, at any time.
• Your Google account remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability of Google's services.
• We do not guarantee that we will find every flight in your inbox, that fares will drop, or that you will receive any particular savings.
• We handle your Google user data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Booking or Transaction Facilitation

• We are not a booking agent or travel agency.
• Any reservation or transaction you make is completed through a third-party website (for instance, the Vacation Rental Management Company’s own booking platform).
• StayFinder has no control over—nor any liability for—the terms, pricing, availability, cancellation, or performance of any such bookings.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
• We are not responsible for any damages or losses—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that may arise from your use of the Service or any bookings made via third-party websites.

7. External Links & Third-Party Content

Our Service may contain links or references to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or actions of any such websites. Your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StayFinder (or its affiliates, partners, or licensors) be liable for any damages up to the maximum extent permitted by law—even if we were aware of the possibility of such damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and data on this site are owned or licensed by StayFinder. You may not reproduce or use any content without explicit permission.
